Our company is made up of two distinct but complementary divisions: our building arm, which includes an in-house team of highly skilled tradespeople, and our multi-disciplinary interior design studio, made up of talented designers. Head of Client Experience
FULL TIME
This is a newly created, full-time role for a Head of Client Experience, based in our Kent Town studio. The Head of Client Experience owns the client's journey with Craig Linke end to end – from first enquiry through to project handover and beyond – ensuring every client has a consistently well-communicated, white-glove experience.
PART TIME (approx. 20 hours, negotiable)
This is a newly created, part-time role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in our Kent Town studio. The Digital Marketing Manager owns Craig Linke's digital presence end to end – from paid social and email marketing through to website content and performance reporting – ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the quality of our work and drives a steady pipeline of qualified enquiries.
FULL TIME
This is a newly created, full-time role for a Head of Construction, based in our Kent Town studio. The role is designed to boost efficiency and champion continuous improvement across our building projects. This is a senior leadership role accountable for programming, costs, quality, compliance and WHS across our sites, and for building and maintaining the trade and contractor relationships we depend on.

The Craig Linke corporate team is made up of collaborative, creative leaders across functions including finance, operations, tech optimisation, administration and project management.
Our approach centres on great storytelling and valued relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors, both locally and around the world. Roles span marketing & brand, content creation, styling, business development and partnerships.
Our building team is the beating heart of our company. We favour a larger in-house carpentry and general building team, who both craft our builds with their hands and oversee every intricate detail. These on-site roles are suited to highly skilled carpenters who have mastered both first and second fix carpentry.
Our interior designers work across all stages of the design journey, from concept design, to full construction documentation, and decorative furnishing, art and object curation. All designers have a Bachelor of Interior Architecture.

Our Story & Ethos
Founded in Adelaide in 2014, Craig Linke is led by Managing Director, Craig Linke, Managing Director - Interiors, Lauren Zwaans, and General Manager, Jake Devlin. A stint living and working in London was the catalyst for partners Craig and Lauren to start the company. There, Craig had honed his craft as a carpenter working on luxury homes and commercial fit-outs in some of London’s most prestigious locales.
With a passion for both old-world and contemporary architecture, Craig saw a gap in the Adelaide market for a boutique building company that was truly bespoke; a setting where craftspeople could flourish and push boundaries to design and build artisanal homes that preserve character, improve streetscapes, and endure for generations to come.
Their time living in the United States and travelling extensively throughout California, Utah, New York, Boston and Washington DC saw the introduction of our in-house, award-winning interior design studio.
