Craig Linke is a multi-award winning boutique building and interior design company committed to setting a new benchmark in residential interior design and construction. We specialise in architectural builds and custom renovation projects in Adelaide, South Australia.


THE ROLE

This is a newly created, full-time role for a Head of Client Experience, based in our Kent Town studio. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, the Head of Client Experience owns the client's journey with Craig Linke end to end – from first enquiry through to the finished home – ensuring every client has a consistently well-communicated, white-glove experience.


QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • 3+ years' experience in a client experience, client relationship, or administration role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at different stages, with outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • High degree of initiative and a genuine process-improvement mindset – comfortable identifying gaps and driving change
  • Understanding of, or strong willingness to learn, residential construction processes and compliance requirements
  • Calm, professional and approachable, with a warm client-facing manner
  • Confident using AI and process tools, or keen to help lead their adoption across the business
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia, and a current South Australian driver's licence
  • Google Suite experience an advantage
