A contemporary and highly technical renovation of a heritage home in leafy North Adelaide, Hill House is a study in elegance, revealed through richly textured details.
The renovation saw the old addition to the rear of the home gutted to make way for new open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces, as well as a powder room where the old kitchen had been located. Expansive steel doors reveal the outdoor entertaining zone and sparkling new swimming pool. A modern laundry, a light-filled ensuite bathroom and a new garage that doubles as a gym space with a hidden seamless tilt door complete the renovation.
Eye-catching curves feature throughout, from the Venetian plaster archway and curved joinery that houses a hidden curtain cavity in the open-plan living space, through to the travertine-tiled curved shower in the powder room.
