Drawing on the owners’ Californian and London chapters, this Kensington abode was richly contemporised, in a beautiful showcase of our signature New Heritage aesthetic.

A renovation that would inject even more character into their 100-year-old gentleman’s bungalow was the brief from Craig Linke directors, Craig Linke and Lauren Zwaans. The owners worked closely with Craig Linke’s in-house interior design team to complete the stage one renovation to the entire downstairs footprint of their property.

Drawing on dual inspirations from their stints living in California and London, an interplay of American and British influences is evidenced through the ornate ceiling details, statement stone fireplaces, bespoke cabinetry, soft furnishing selections, and the palette employed throughout.
